- Pool Maintenance: Every Sunday – 19:00 to 20:00 o’clock Nikiti time. We will treat the pool with cleaning and disinfecting agents, along with regular cleaning. It is not recommended using the pool during treatment due to possible skin harm. Because of it:
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT ALLOW USING POOL SUNDAY’S FROM 19:00 TO 23:00 O’CLOCK - Under the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.
- Absolutely no parties or events. Read further notes in “Additional Rules” section below.
- Must climb steep stairs to access guest bedroom (not suitable for children).
House Rules:
- Check-in: After 2:00 PM
- Checkout: 11:00 AM
- No smoking
- No pets
- No parties or events
- Wi-Fi login credentials supplied upon arrival
Additional House Rules:
- If you have a pet, party, wedding, event without our consent you will be asked to leave the property immediately. Our on-site manager lives in the neighborhood and has access to our outdoor camera footage.
- If ANY house rules are violated, renter forfeits all rental funds and security deposit and house rules violation(s) could also incur additional charges
- NO PETS. While we love pets, unfortunately they are not accepted at Villa MAR as we need to protect the integrity of the products displayed in the house.
- NO SMOKING. Absolutely no Smoking inside the house, pool, patio or side/back yard.
- NO PARTIES/WEDDINGS/EVENTS unless we’ve given prior consent and you and your party have agreed to pay our 1,200 Euro Event Fee.
- NO SHOES. As a courtesy, we ask our guests to please remove your shoes/sandals on entry. Please ensure no sand or dirt gets inside the property.
- DO NOT PLACE HOT objects DIRECTLY on the kitchen quartz COUNTERTOP. USE BOARDS or MATS, available to you. Otherwise hot objects will leave hardly removable stains, and it will be guest responsibility to pay for professional cleaning services.
- NO SITTING on SOFA in the living room with SUN LOTION. It leaves stains, and it will be guest responsibility to clean.
- Please just be honest. Respect and care for the house is expected at all times. People other than those listed in the Guest manifest may not be on site overnight without prior written consent.
- No partying or noise disturbance is allowed. Any noise complaints from any neighbor or anyone associated with the property will result in 100% loss of remaining rental amount and the entirety of security deposit.
- All guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
- Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities and are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
- Guests will not film on the property or stage photoshoots of any kind or record, edit or otherwise produce content of any kind unless granted permission by owner and property manager prior to booking.
- Violators of this agreement will forfeit all remaining rental funds and security deposit and leave the premises immediately.
- Guests will not use the premises for any unlawful purposes whatsoever.
- Any excessive damage to furniture or kitchen appliances, and other material objects associated with the property will be subject to security deposit loss at the discretion of the Owner/Property Manager.
