- Master Bedrooms: There are two master bedrooms. One is located on the ground floor and one on the top floor. Both bedrooms are equipped with king size beds, bed linens exquisite track lighting, night stands, air condition, SmartTV’s with ample natural lighting. The lower level includes a sliding door with private access to backyard garden. The second level master bedroom has an oversized “wall window” that opens for ventilation and overlooks the living room, kitchen and pool.
- Bathrooms & Showers: There are two full bathrooms with showers. One is located on the first floor area near the master bedroom. An additional second bathroom with shower is located within the second master bedroom on the top floor. Each have a walk-in shower with glass enclosure and towels.
- Living Room: Includes a coffee table, comfortable sofa, large SmartTV and Sonos WiFi surround sound system.
- Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with luxury built-in appliances, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer and mixer.
- Natural & Track Lighting: To access the second master bedroom and bath on the top level floor, there is a traditional Greek-style spiral stairwell with multiple sound proof windows, and floor lighting that brings calm ambiance to the entire villa.
- Private Pool: Sparkling clean mid-size pool with auto-circulating system. We disinfect daily and run maintenance weekly.
- Private Deck: Includes a full-size Italian dinning table with 6 conformable chairs located in the backyard area of the villa, surrounded by threes.
- Private Garden: Spacious garden area with flowers and natural grass that runs along the entire villa. Access to garden is via a large sliding door from the living room, sliding door from lower floor master bedroom, and the main entrance door.
For our Guests staying over 7 nights we offer laundry services.
For Special Services: Please contact us in advance of your stay if you would like to request additional amenities at an extra cost, such as: hiring a local chef, equip villa with groceries upon arrival, purchase of local wines, massage therapy, yoga instructor, health and wellness instructor, dinner reservations, booking yacht and beach beds.
