Sparkling clean mid-size pool with circulating system. We disinfect and run maintenance weekly.

Built with sustainability in mind, Villa MAR was fully designed with a geometric, cohesive and modern Greek style that redefines Nikiti Beach luxury.

Includes two sun-beds with two coffee-tables with two designer lounge chairs located in the front of the villa by the pool.

MASTER BEDROOM

The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a king size bed, 600 thread count linens, oversized closets, exquisite lighting, night stands, air conditioned, ample natural lighting and SmartTV. Master bedroom includes a floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, tailored black out curtains with private access to backyard garden.

MASTER BATHROOM

Master bathroom is located on the first floor near the master bedroom with high-tech mirror with lighting, designer faucets, toilet, towel drawers, walk-in shower with glass enclosure.

STAIRWELL

Greek modern-style stairwell leads to Guest Bedroom located on the top level of the villa. Stairwell is well-lit with floor lighting and multiple sound-proof windows for ventilation and Feng Shui designed for balance, ambiance and serenity.

GUEST BEDROOM

Guest bedroom is located on the second floor for additional privacy. Bedroom design includes a unique modern oversized “Wall Window” for ample lighting that opens for ventilation and overlooks the living room, kitchen and pool. Includes a king-size bed, 600-thread count linens, design lighting, night stands, air condition, oversized closet space, and a SmartTV. Bedroom has its own private bathroom with walk-in shower with window for extra ventilation.

Guest bathroom is located on the second floor within the bedroom for extra privacy and ample lighting. Includes design lighting, designer faucets, toilet, towel drawers, walk-in shower with glass enclosure and window for extra ventilation.

LIVING ROOM

Living room with vaulted high ceilings. Includes custom curtains, coffee table, track lighting, comfortable sofa, shoe cabinet, TV cabinet and large SmartTV.

KITCHEN

Fully equipped kitchen with luxury built-in appliances, Nespresso coffee machine, Juicer, MiniGrill, and more. Kitchen counter with three stools.

LIGHTING

Modern design lighting fixtures throughout the entire villa.

GARDEN

Spacious garden area with flowers and natural grass that wraps around the entire villa.

DECK

We build a decking in the back yard, where we situated a luxury large table with six comfortable chairs.

PARKING

Guest parking for one car in front of Villa MAR.
